Less is more (and safer) - Our ‘One Touch’ dial assists with clutter-free guest rooms: Use our One Touch dial to request Ice and/or Business Kits, just for you.

Contactless food and beverage delivery. Fresh, carefully prepared food packed and delivered to your guest room door. Extreme care has been taken to ensure safety and cleanliness.
Extra attention to detail has been enforced, making sure we clean and disinfect entry doors and gate handles, chairs, tables, rails, and more.
We are continuing to take extra steps to effectively clean: door handles, bathroom stall latches, faucets, toilets and urinal handles, towel and soap dispensers, hand dryers, baby changing stations, trash cans, countertops, toilet paper dispensers.
SPA & FITNESS CENTERS
Your wellness is our priority, so we’re focusing on social distancing and cleaning: all door handles, each free weight, every exercise equipment touch-point. Reservations are required to access the fitness center, so you can feel comfortable without being crowded during your workout. At the Spa, our therapists will be wearing PPE and have undergone training regarding best practices for keeping our guests and associates safe in the spa environment.
ARRIVALS & DEPARTURES: SKIP THE DESK
Hotel Yountville guests have the option to bypass the front desk by taking advantage of the OpenKey App (available for free download on both iTunes and Google Play). This app allows our guests to provide arrival information and check-in without stopping by the front desk. This app also allows your phone to be your key. We will send you a separate text and/or email with instructions on how to check-in using the app.
Front Desk- Guest service is our passion. If this is your first visit to the Hotel or you want to check-in at the front desk, simply let us know your expected time of arrival so we can prepare for individualized guest check-in. Check-in will be expedited to accommodate minimal contact, and the Guest Services team may be reached by phone at any time for additional assistance. Upon arrival you will see that the front desk has protective partitions in place, associates will be wearing protective masks and gloves throughout the property, and will maintain physical distancing recommendations. Room keys will be disinfected after each use.
Luggage- Luggage service will be available and bell carts are disinfected after each use.
Departure- Guests will receive a final bill via email prior to departure, so it will not be necessary to visit the Front Desk to complete your check-out.
Valet- All vehicles will be sanitized prior to returning them from Valet.
